Who We Are
Ron Mortensen is an experienced executive, coach, and program leader with a career dedicated to helping people navigate complex life and organizational challenges. Throughout his career, Ron has led large-scale initiatives for global organizations, developed trusted relationships with leaders across cultures, and designed programs focused on organization, planning, communication, and long-term preparedness. His work has included leadership roles at large corporations where he managed global programs, coached leaders, and helped individuals and families prepare for important life transitions.
Neil Mortensen brings a complementary background in digital marketing, social media, graphic and website design, and client support. He has worked with startups and small organizations to establish their digital presence, simplify complex and technical information, and turn ideas into clear, practical solutions. His combination of technical understanding, creative problem-solving, and attentive client support helps make technology more approachable and easier to navigate.
